WHAT INSURANCE PROVIDERS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Palmer Psychiatric accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem Insurance. We accept cash pay patients.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Expect to receive high quality care that puts you first. The first meeting will be a new patient assessment, which will last between 40 to 60 minutes. Future visits which will usually last 15 to 30 minutes. Be prepared at your first visit to provide a detailed mental health history and your insurance card.

WHAT IS THE COST?

Your out of pocket cost for services will be based upon your insurance plan. Please speak with your insurance provider to better understand your copay responsibilities. For cash pay patients we would be happy to provide a list of costs for services upon request.

COLTON PALMER, PMHNP, APRN

PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL-HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER 

If you are looking for kindness and knowledge, then let Colton Palmer manage your mental healthcare. He has been in the healthcare industry for over a decade with more 7 plus years of experience in mental health care having worked with all age groups, in both a hospital and clinic setting.Colton graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with specialization in Psychiatric Mental-Health care at Wilkes University and completed training as a guest fellow for transcranial magnetic stimulation at Duke University Medical School. Colton has worked at Boys Town National Research Hospital (in Psychiatry), CHI Health and Nebraska Medicine in the Omaha area. He enjoys taking time to listen to his patients and to provide them with the treatment they need including medication management management services.
